Jakov Zaidman founded InterLAN Consulting in 1991, after working in a number of network management and consulting roles:
• Four years as a Network Support Specialist in Israeli Air Force
• Five years as a Data Communications Manager with Intel Corporation
• One year as a Senior Network Analyst with Digital Equipment
• One year as a Senior Network Consultant with Digital Equipment
• Seventeen years as an independent Security and Network Consultant
Jakov Zaidman has over 25 years of hands-on experience in the design, implementation and support of enterprise networks and security systems, which he brings to the table in all consulting engagements.
Jakov majored in Electronics and Computers from the Bosmat College in Israel, and taken dozens of courses in Networking and Security.
Jakov participates in various industry groups, consultant liaison programs, and attends conferences and exhibitions to stay on top of advances in technology.
